ARMO Training Center has received accreditation and has been registered as one of the National Builders Association’s (NOSTROY’s) training institutions which provide vocational and refresher training for SRO in construction industry. The distinct advantage of ARMO Training Center’s programs is that along with theoretical knowledge they offer practical skills of operation of Echelon, Johnson Controls, and Schneider Electric building equipment. After graduation, students receive a certificate proving that they have completed a 72/102 hour refresher course. 

According to Federal Law # 240-ФЗ of 27.07.2010, and  RF Government Regulation # 48 of 3.02.2010, when a construction company joins a self-regulating organization (SRO), its employees must take a SRO refresher training course and get a permit to construction work. To prove their qualification, builders should submit certificates confirming that they have completed minimum 72 hour refresher course within the period of 5 years.

In accordance with NOSTROY’s guidelines ARMO Training Center has developed the following training programs which allow construction specialists to get refresher training required by SRO:

- БС-05 Construction safety and quality of building system installation, including at technically complex, high risk, and unique sites;
- БС-06 Construction safety and quality of power system and communication line installation;
- БС-08 Construction safety and quality of HVAC system installation and startup.

All mentioned refresher courses are aimed at management and specialists of organizations involved in building system installation, startup, and operation. ARMO Training Center offers classroom and part-time programs, on its or client’s premises. If required, training programs can be adapted to specific needs of SRO member company to ensure its safe, high quality, and accident-free work at a specific site.

NOSTROY accreditation of ARMO Training Center is acknowledgement of high level of training and compliance of training programs with the requirements of all registered SROs on construction industry.  On completion of vocational training course for SRO, students receive corresponding certificates, dealer certificates from equipment manufacturer, as well as complete set of training materials.
