Project Completed to Equip M5 Mall in Ryazan with Integrated Engineering Systems
ARMO-Line has successfully completed project to implement integrated building engineering systems in М5 Mall in Ryazan. The 81,500 square meter mall houses Karusel food hypermarket, shopping arcade with 200 stores, 5-screen multiplex movie theater, restaurants, and bowling center, as well as open air car park for 2,500 cars. The engineering project included design, construction, installation and startup of power supply, lighting, water supply and sewage systems, as well as all internal low-current systems.
M5 Mall is located at the entrance to Ryazan close to M5 (Moscow-Chelyabinsk) federal motorway. To date, the first stage of construction has been completed, and over 70 thousand square meters of shopping areas have been put into operation.
PPF Real Estate Russia investment company has been project developer, and Czech PSJ construction company - general contractor. As subcontractor, ARMO-Line has provided design, supply of equipment, installation and commissioning of power supply, lighting, water supply and sewage systems, as well as integrated security system including structured cable system.
